Al Renner

Owner 

Al has been involved in the construction industry for about 30 years, the last 23 years as Owner and President of House and Renner Construction, Inc. Al’s areas of expertise are administrative, residential and commercial sales and marketing and cabinetry. Al made a name for himself as an excellent cabinet maker with an eye for detail. The same detail orientation which gives the company a reputation for excellence. This provides the Company with a strong tie between field personnel and project management.

Al graduated from Central Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Arts and Technology in 1978. Following a brief teaching career in Industrial Arts, Al teamed with Harvey House to form House and Renner Construction, Inc. With vision for the future and focus on the task at hand Al has helped mold the company into the successful business it is today.

Al and his wife Bonnie live in Independence, Missouri and have four children between them. Currently Al is a member of National Assoc. of The Remodeling Industry (NARI), Eastern Jackson County Home Builder’s Association, Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce, Grain Valley Chamber of Commerce, Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church and has been an Elder and served as Chairman of Buildings and Grounds Committee. Al is also a member of the V.F.W. having proudly served his country in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. Al and his wife Bonnie enjoy growing grapes and wine making in their spare time.
