   Commercial Capabilities  

Our Commercial Construction Business is licensed in Missouri and Kansas and most municipalities in the Kansas City Metro Area. We serve as a General Contractor self performing some trades as time and manpower allow. Our self perfoming trades primarily include, demo, carpentry and electrical. Since projects range in scope and duration we do not always self perfom these areas. We are a merit based company utilizing both unionized and non union subcontractors. Our project range in size from a few thousand dollars to several million dollar buildings.

We have the experience of successfully performing through a process of leadership and organization which includes managing every aspect of construction including preconstrsuction, scheduling, material planning and cost management. We use a team approach with the focus of a satisfied client as an end result. That makes House and Renner Construction a company that is easy to work with that lives up to your expectations. This all combines to make successful relationships, effective partnerships and projects which meet the expectations of the team. Our team approach can involve the owner(s) as much as they would like to be involved from an equitable percentage to no involvement at all.

We perform under contract to owner(s), property management firms, national, regional, local and building level VIP's with the same goal of having a satisfied customer as an end result. This is a simple but effective philosophy which requires engagement, clear communication, clearly defined expectations, reasonable and clearly identified targets and goals. Our management team reaches out to our clients and clearly communicates the expectations to the field level employees completing the team management approach where everyone who meets their expectations is successful.
