Role Responsibilities and Value:

Dack is our lead cabinetmaker. He handles all of the fabrication in our custom cabinet shop. His responsibilities include managing incoming rough materials through complete processing using a variety of modern power and hand machinery. Cutting, grinding, sanding, glue up, nailing, routing and planing, of wood, particle board, plywood and MDF sheeting. He also builds wood veneer, plastic laminate and solid surface products.

Dack's interaction with customer's is generally limited however his expertise in the cabinet construction provides insight to potential problems with function prior to construction. Dack's ability to visualize the end product while engaged in his trade is an asset which benefits our customer's vision of their dream kitchens. While much of our cabinet shop success can be attributed to Al Renner's earlier days as a cabinet maker, Dack provides the backbone for what gets completed and installed in our customers top notch homes today.
