Owner 

Harvey has been involved in the construction industry since he was 15 years old, the last 23 years as Owner of House and Renner Construction, Inc. Harvey’s area’s of concentration are administrative, residential and commercial sales and marketing and finance. His professional experiences offer him an insight to the what’s going on in the field. This provides the Company with a strong tie and leadership between field personnel and project management.

Harvey graduated from Central Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Arts and Technology in 1979. Following a brief teaching career in Industrial Arts, Harvey and Al Renner formed House and Renner Construction, Inc. From a true grass roots effort Harvey has proudly and steadily grown this Company into the successful business it is today.

Harvey and his wife Lois live in Lone Jack, Missouri and have three children, Rachel, Ambrah and Keith. Currently Harvey is a member of National Assoc. of The Remodeling Industry (NARI), Eastern Jackson County Home Builder’s Association, Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce, Grain Valley Chamber of Commerce. Harvey served 6 years on the Grain Valley R5 School Board. He and his family attend St Peter’s United Methodist Church in Blue Springs where he has served on several committees including Trustees and Building Committees
