Lead Carpenter

Jay Gray is an endless vault of energy. Nobody on our staff (or many others I would presume) can keep up with Jay when he gets working. Jay handles projects independently or as a team member. Due to his experience, he makes good decisions on the fly with little need for direction. He manages his time well and has many projects of his own going on all the time. He is also one heck of a cook bringing pastry to our safety meetings regularly.

Role Responsibilities and Value:

He is a versatile employee able to handle most trades. Jay is an excellent remodeler with ability to complete wood carpentry, framing and trim, installation of doors, windows, cabinets. Jay has extensive experience in floor coverings. He is an excellent tile installer with 16 years experience with color tile. He also installs laminate flooring, cabinets, light fixtures, receptacles and all other aspects of residential or light commercial construction.
