John arrived at House and Renner via Salina, KS where he had a reputation as an excellent trim carpenter. With six years under his belt at House and Renner, John has lived up to his billing. John has a keen eye for detail in all of his work. He works well individually or as a member of a team. John is particularly good at older home renovation and remodel because he understands the intricacies of the trades. He has been part of some beautiful  and award winning renovations.

John is a prototypical remodeler. He is capable of performing all aspects of remodeling. He has completed many kitchens, baths, basements and whole house remodels. He knows that no two remodels are the same and every plan detail is important to the end result. John's biggest asset is his attention to detail. When John is finished there is rarely a punch list.
