Joyce is currently responsible for all Office related topics for House and Renner Construction. Her responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable. Office equipment, supplies, as well as a host of other duties including but not limited to Administrative assistant, contract documents, in house accounting, Job cost evaluation summaries and collections. Relevant Experience: Joyce comes to House and Renner Construction, Inc. with a variety of excellent experiences. Joyce began filling in for our previous office manager during medical leave. She performed exceptionally well considering the events which she was thrust into. Joyce is very level headed and steady. She has excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Value to Client: Joyce is a professional and directs all of the office traffic.  She represents the voice of House and Renner as she is most commonly the person on the other end of the phone when you call our office. We think it is nice to speak to a human being, especially someone as courteous and friendly as Joyce. She handles all accounts, manages most of the documentation on the residential work, and expedites all business in a clear, efficient manner.  Joyce is instrumental in managing our accounting software which assures that you are billed and paid properly and accurately in a timely efficient manner.

 

Personal: Joyce is an Missouri native (from the St. Louis side) where she used to work with the Corp. of Engineers. She is full of energy and brings that positive persona with her to work every day. She now lives in Blue Springs and is married and has 5 children including school aged twins.
