   Commercial New Building Construction  

As we grow our customer base, our clients recognize our ability to coordinate very complex projects from start to finish. We have been trusted with the opportunity to build several out of ground structures. In the past, some of our building additions have been as large and even more complex than new construction so it was a natural progression to take on projects in this realm. The Blue Springs Animal Hospital (shown here), Faith United Methodist Church (Grain Valley), Bank 21 (Blue Springs), and Flucke DDS (Lee's Summit) are all examples of New Construction projects we have completed or are about to complete. Materials for these projects range from Pre-Engineered Metal, Pre-Engineered wood, custom stick built, combination red iron and metal stud, structural wood, Masonry, Stucco and EIFS. Flat roofs, pitched roofs, metal roofs, Composition and single ply roofs, single story and multi-story. Our site work experience includes site utilities (water, Fire sprinkler systems, storm sewer, electric and gas) Paving, curbing, landscaping and site lighting. We manage our projects and our subcontractors ourselves. We oversee all aspects of the construction from excavation through final punch list.
