Relevant Experience: Shawn has been with House and Renner since April 2002 which is a testament to his stability. Shawn came to us as a highly recommended hard worker and has proven his worth over the last 6 years. Shawn began as a general carpenter with our company and has gained the confidence of the management as a steady and stable employee with a quiet and confident demeanor. Shawn has been placed in increasingly complex positions and has recently completed some nice tenant improvement projects in which he was singled out as an excellent leader.

Value to Client: Shawn’s quiet and patient demeanor portrays confidence in what can sometimes be a confusing and tumultuous profession. He answers client questions in easily understandable laymen terms and offers guidance moving forward in sometimes difficult situations.
